Yes! We ship across Canada and the USA. Standard shipping is included in our pricing. Express shipping and local courier services are available for an additional fee.

Can I pick up my order if I'm in Calgary?

Absolutely! While we don't have a storefront, local pickup is available from our location. Please contact us before pickup, as hours may vary.

What is your turnaround time?

We send proofs within 24 business hours. Once approved, production typically takes 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday).

Do I get to see a proof before paying for my order?

Yes! We'll email you a proof within 24 business hours. Once you've approved your file, we'll send an invoice. Nothing goes to print until we receive both your approval and payment.

Our stickers and labels are produced using durable, high-quality vinyl materials.

White vinyl is perfect for almost any hard surface, including water bottles, laptops, windows, vehicles, and hard hats. It's durable, versatile, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Clear Vinyl

Clear vinyl allows the background surface to show through, creating a clean, layered appearance that adds depth to your design.

Holographic Vinyl

Holographic vinyl features a color-shifting pattern that changes depending on the viewing angle, creating an eye-catching and unique effect.

Lamination Options

All Deluxe Stickers include an overlaminate for enhanced durability and UV protection. Lamination is available in either glossy or matte finishes.

Glossy Finish
A glossy finish provides a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors appear more vibrant. It's an excellent choice for outdoor applications or designs that need to stand out. Unlike matte finishes, glossy laminate preserves the full effect of specialty vinyls such as holographic materials.

A matte finish offers a smooth, non-reflective appearance for a more subtle, modern look. When paired with specialty vinyls, the effect is softened for a refined finish.

What are sticker sheets?

Sticker sheets contain multiple peelable stickers on a single sheet. They can feature one design repeated multiple times or several unique designs in custom shapes and sizes.

Yes! We offer free sample packs featuring the materials we use. Just send us a message!

Are your stickers dishwasher safe?

Yes. Our stickers are designed to withstand everyday use, including dishwashing. However, they are not intended for prolonged exposure to high heat, hot water, or steam.

Are your stickers microwave safe?

No. We do not recommend placing our stickers in a microwave.

​​

How long do your stickers last?

Our stickers typically last 4+ years outdoors and even longer indoors. Labels generally have a shorter lifespan but are a more economical option for packaging applications.

How accurate is your cutting?

Our cutting accuracy is within ±0.8 mm. For best results, we recommend including a minimum 3.2 mm border around your design.

​

How much space is required between designs on a sticker sheet?

We require a minimum gap of 6.5 mm between designs to ensure accurate cutting.

​

Do you print white ink?

At this time, we do not offer white ink printing.

​

What is your refund and return policy?

Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.

If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if necessary, replace or remake the product. The defective items must be returned for evaluation, and we will provide a return shipping label.

Eligible Issues for Replacement

• Smudged ink

• Rough or incomplete die cuts

• Missing adhesive

• Incorrect laminate applied

• Misalignment greater than 3 mm

Issues Not Eligible for Replacement

• Low-resolution artwork

• Files supplied in RGB instead of CMYK

• Color differences between the printed product and your monitor

• Adhesion issues caused by surface conditions or extreme temperatures

• Small text or details that are difficult to read due to design choices

• Minor shrinkage or expansion of PVC vinyl
